624de0cae6 Add Docker development environment 
Multistage Dockerfile (WooCommerce download, wp-bootstrap npm build,
Composer deps, WordPress runtime), Compose stack with MariaDB, and
auto-setup entrypoint that installs WordPress and activates the theme
on first boot.
