feat: register do_shortcode() as Twig function (v1.0.7)

Adds do_shortcode to TwigService::registerWordPressFunctions() so child
themes and partials can render WordPress shortcodes directly inside Twig
templates via {{ do_shortcode('[shortcode]') }}.
