feat: Add Prometheus metrics integration

- Add includes/Prometheus/Integration.php with metrics collection
- Expose content, engagement, user, WooCommerce, and ActivityPub metrics
- Add settings toggle in Integrations tab
- Requires WP Prometheus plugin to be active
- Bump version to 0.5.0
